Shipping policy

We try to ensure timely shipping on our end. While we can't control what the carrier does, we do ship with the USPS for all fo our packages. Our economy shipping is first class mail without tracking. Standard shipping would include tracking information as well as any expedited shipping methods. Please be aware, we do as much as we can to process and ship your package, but once it's out of our hands we're both at the will and speed of the carrier. If you have not received your package, please email us at orders@howlingmonkeypicks.com and we will assist you as much as we can.
